How do I book ?

Please contact us to check if the date you require is available (most important) !

Please then complete the online booking form and pay your deposit - or give Julie a call on 07871 070906 if you are unsure or missed the return booking confirmation email. 

The deposit is required to secure your agreed booking date, and is refundable once our equipment is collected and we’ve seen that it’s undamaged and in a clean reusable condition. We’ll then return your deposit by the same payment method you initially paid it by.

Our hire deposit rates are set out as below:

Large Bouncy Castle (up to age 16) hire cost is £ £80.00 per day (daylight only hours if outside), and a £25.00 deposit is required.

Small Bouncy Castle (any theme up to age 11) hire cost is £ £60.00 per day (daylight only hours if outside), and a £25.00 deposit is required.

Inflatable race track with 6 x didi cars hire cost is £70.00 per day (daylight only hours if outside) and a £25.00 deposit is required.

Failure to pay the required deposit on time after a booking confirmation is sent by us will potentially leave the chosen date and time as available and vacant for hire.

Please note that delivery and collection is free within a 20 mile radius of MK16 postcodes. Delivery & collection outside this area will be charged at 50p per mile. Please check mileage from MK16 (Newport Pagnell) before booking.

We DO NOT set up a LARGE bouncy castle on any second floor venue, or venues with a stair or staircase access, or any narrow passageway access due to a large castles transportation size and weight. A Level and un-restricted access without any narrow door/entrances (less than 900mm wide) is required for all delivery/collection times.

Full payment is due ONE WEEK before the confirmed hire date. A payment receipt will be provided in addition to the deposit receipt. Payment can be made by direct bank transfer, by using a Debit/Credit Card. Our banking details are on the bottom of the booking form page. (Please confirm any payment/s made).

How long can I hire the equipment for?

We hire a bouncy castle and the race track for up to 1 day (daylight hours only if outside), and this does not include our setup and takedown times. If you’d like longer that’s fine!, please contact us first. 

How much room do I need?

Please make sure there is appropriate room for the bouncy castle and/or race track booked. For example the large bouncy castle is 17’w (including the slide) x 11’d x 11’h in size and you’ll need to allow an extra 3’ (minimum) at the rear for the pump (for both large and small castles), plus some extra space for the RH slide exit for the large, and LH slide for the smaller castle. Please check the ceiling height for the large castle (min 13’) before booking if located inside! The smaller bouncy castles are for younger children and can fit in most halls or larger rooms. Please note that any bouncy castle positioned outside can only be located on a soft grassed/lawn area free from any thorns, stones, and sharp objects.

Please ensure that there will be adequate parking and easy access at the time that we will deliver.

We can’t deliver bouncy castles to any upstairs venues unfortunately. 

Are there any rules for a bouncy castle or the race track?

Yes, it’s hugely expensive to buy & maintain so we want to keep it looking as nice as possible, and obviously it needs to be clean and damage free, and most importantly, we don’t want anybody getting hurt!

So…

*For the large bouncy castle, please limit use to 16 years of age (or younger) of age for sensible and supervised children.

*For the small bouncy castle, please limit use to 6 years of age (or younger) for sensible and supervised children.

*For the pastel bouncy castle, please limit use to 8 years of age (or younger) for sensible and supervised children.

*For the inflatable race track, please limit use to 8 years of age (or younger) for sensible and supervised children.

*Please remove any shoes, glasses, loose jewellery, before play.

*Please don’t allow any food, sweets, stickers, drinks, sticky streamers, or chewing gum near or on the play equipment.

*No smoking or vaping on or near any of the equipment.

*Please DO NOT use face paints, party poppers, confetti, coloured streamers, or silly string on or near the bouncy castle as they will stain the vinyl covering.

*For outside setup (summer) bookings, a wind speed monitor may be required at all times during the bouncy castle inflation, and must be checked that wind speed does NOT exceed 25mph at every 1/2 an hour intervals. This measurement must be logged on a provided sheet left with the hirer. A wind speed monitor will be loaned to the hirer for this logging purpose. We fully understand that this is a bit of a pain to do, but this is a Government HSE safety LEGAL requirement to protect the customer & the hirer in case of any unexpected wind hazard. If the weather forecast on the the day of hire predicts wind speed exceeding 25mph, the hire will unfortunately have to be cancelled and another hire day offered and/or the booking cost & deposit refunded.

However - It’s all about having loads of fun!……That’s the most important rule!

*Because of our British weather we only allow the bouncy castles and inflatable race track outside between the beginning months of May and September. If it starts to rain please cover the blower unit and disconnect from any power source. Please read our Terms & Conditions in case of this event.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to everywhere within a 20 mile radius of Newport Pagnell, (MK16), for free. After that we charge an additional 50p per mile.

Simply Soft Play MK is covered by Public Liability Insurance, and a copy of a current insurance certificate is available upon request.
